About Grasshopper:
Grasshopper Anesthesia is a CRNA owned and operated anesthesia management company. Our company is owned by James and Kendra Stockman, both CRNAs who continue to practice clinically. James is 2010 graduate of Texas Wesleyan University in Fort Worth, TX and received his clinical training in Shreveport-Bossier, LA. Kendra is a 2003 graduate of Newman University in Wichita, KS and received her clinical training in Wichita, KS. Grasshopper is based out of Nacogdoches, TX and has grown to over 20 locations across Texas and Oklahoma. We primarily service community, and critical access hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers. Our owners are available to discuss any of our jobs with candidates and are always available to our team members. We strive to support the CRNA profession and both members are active in the Texas Association of Nurse Anesthetist and their local community.
About the Job:
Christus Good Shepherd Ambulatory Surgery Center
1099-Base $300,000/year, 10 weeks paid vacation, OT rate for hours beyond 40 Potential to make 307,000 per year
Hybrid Collaborative model with CRNA only practice a majority of the time and an anesthesiologist available on select days for pre-ops and efficiency. There is always a Float/Preop CRNA when an anesthesiologist is not there
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7 AM-3 PM (NO CALL, NO HOLIDAYS, NO WEEKENDS), one room runs until 5 PM with peel-off system
CRNAs rotate between ASC and nearby orthopedic facility
Cases: GI sedation, Orthopedics, Urology, Eyes, Adult and Peds ENT, Dental Restoration, Outpatient EP/Cardiac, TEE sedation
Providers can perform their own blocks; training available
