1099-Base $300,000/year 10 weeks off, OT rate for hours beyond 40 Potential to make 305,000 per year 

Hybrid Collaborative model with Physician Anesthesiologist on-site for pre-ops and efficiency

Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 7 AM-5 PM (NO CALL, NO HOLIDAYS, NO WEEKENDS), one room can run until 5 PM, but this is rare, most days done by 4. 

CRNAs rotate between ASC and nearby orthopedic facility

Cases: GI sedation, Orthopedics, Urology, Eyes, ENT, Dental Restoration, Outpatient Cath sedation

Providers can perform their own blocks; training available
